Epygi Quadro M8L

The QuadroM8L is our latest solution for the small business to small enterprise customers. Offering eight (8) FXO CO lines or six (6) ISDN BRI interfaces and supporting 98 user extensions. The starting IP Phone capacity is 32 IP Phone ports expandable up to 96 IP Phone ports. Also available are two (2) FXS ports for analog devices such as modems or fax machines. Additional memory expansion is also available with a compact flash memory module. A unique offering is the addition of an audio input and output connection. With a built-in QoS router, LAN and voice traffic can be routed to the Internet, eliminating the need for an additional IP router. The Quadro incorporates a stateful inspection firewall, NAT, DHCP client and server, IPSec VPN, and web browser configuration. With the purchase of a software key, the QuadroM8L can expand to support 16, 32 or 64 more IP Phone extensions bringing the total to 98 IP and analog extensions. Also available with an additional license key is an integrated 32 user Conference bridge. Additional features keys include ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), IP call recording and the Barge-in feature pack. Note: Now available free with every IP PBX is the HotCall feature. This plug-in gives Outlook® users to ability the click-to-call directly from Outlook® and handle incoming calls on their PC.

Automatic Call Distribution is an additional feature that can be enabled with the purchase of this activation license. The Quadro can be used as an IP Call Center phone system for small to medium businesses. All IP users can be configured as IP Call Center agents allowing up to 64 concurrent calls.

Epygi Barge-in-license

Three unique features will be enabled when the Barge-in license is activated. Silent Monitoring, Agent Whisper, and Supervisor Barge-in will be available as enhanced features for authorized users on the IP PBX. These features do not require the ACD Activation key to be installed and can be used with regular user extensions on the Quadro.

Call Recording is available on the Quadro 4xi, Quadro M12Li, Quadro M26x/i, QX1000, Quadro M32x and QuadroM8L without the need for an external server. The activation license is for four (4) ports of call recording. The ports represent current recorded calls at a single time. The port can be increased to a maximum of 20 ports by adding multiples of the four (4) or eight (8) port licenses.

Epygi Auto Dialer Activation

The Epygi Auto Dialer feature allows Epygi IP PBX users to focus on their primary tasks rather than taking time out of their day to call customers. A scheduled automatic call can be placed to their clients via a prerecorded message or it can be changed regularly. This software is designed for doctor’s offices, pharmacies and telemarketing agencies. The customized messages can be created in any spreadsheet application and exported to .CSV format. The clients contacted can be prompted with a few choices to respond to the information delivered by this automatic call. This license activates the feature for the specific Epygi PBX and enables one (1) concurrent call. Epygi Auto Dialer Expansion - 1 port

The Epygi Auto Dialer Expansion license expands the capability of the Auto Dialer feature by increasing the number of concurrent outbound calls by one (1).
