Epygi Quadro 2xi

The Quadro 2xi is an almost identical cousin to the 2x, but substitutes an ISDN high-speed, high-bandwidth connection for the regular phone port. An ISDN line offers a step up in WAN performance over DSL connections and the ISDN SO port accepts analog voice and other activity (fax, etc.). Note: ISDN is not widely supported in the USA. It is intended for all other countries with large networks of ISDN-based service providers.

The Quadro2xi is an as fully-featured IP PBX for home offices and teleworkers as the Quadro2x is. The important difference: Quadro2xi offers you one ISDN line instead of FXO and connects you via two B-channels of 64 kbit/s each to the digital PSTN. A 10Base-T Ethernet line provides access to the Internet. Alltogether, two standard phones and 16 fully-featured LAN IP phones may be attached. Additional virtual extensions allow e.g., registering at various SIP servers. In addition, all extensions assigned to a line may be mirrored and act as remote IP extensions. Wherever you are, calls will reach you, and you will be able to make calls as if you were at your home office. The Quadro2xi offers the same multitude of features as the Quadro2x: extensive PBX functionality, integrated voicemail, cost saving call routing functionality, IP routing, SIP call signaling and much more. The Quadro2xi IP PBX embodies a fullyfledged Internet access router with firewall security, including NAT, policy and service based filtering. An extensive IPSec VPN functionality with DES, 3DES and AES encryption makes an additional contribution to data security. The Quadro2xi IP PBX is easily applicable for VoIP Carriers as well as small businesses. For VoIP carriers, a special wizard has been implemented that facilitates the configuration of Quadro2xi to work according to individual requirements.

Epygi Auto Dialer Activation

The Epygi Auto Dialer feature allows Epygi IP PBX users to focus on their primary tasks rather than taking time out of their day to call customers. A scheduled automatic call can be placed to their clients via a prerecorded message or it can be changed regularly. This software is designed for doctor’s offices, pharmacies and telemarketing agencies. The customized messages can be created in any spreadsheet application and exported to .CSV format. Epygi Quadro 2xi IP Phone Expansion Key (8)

The Quadro2xi IP phone key enables up to eight (8) additional local IP phone extensions on the Quadro2xi bringing the system to 16 total IP extensions. These IP extensions are in addition to the two (2) analog FXS compatible phone extensions.

Epygi Auto Dialer Expansion - 1 port

The Epygi Auto Dialer Expansion license expands the capability of the Auto Dialer feature by increasing the number of concurrent outbound calls by one (1). The Epygi Desktop Communication Console (DCC) is a Windows-based, desktop presence powered communication tool. This productivity tool allows Epygi PBX users to view the current status/presence of team members in their office, instantly click to dial those users, open chat sessions and update your presence with a few preconfigured states and add custom text. Other features include a visual voicemail, view call history, access to Outlook or LDAP directories and speed dial lists. The basic user license allows for six (6) watched extensions on the Quadro2x2, 2xi, 4L and 4Li products and up to 20 watched extensions on all other QuadroM and QX models. Each Epygi IP PBX has a total maximum allowed watched extensions per unit, and this total number is used for watched extensions on IP phones, DCC, BLF and other features. Please review the specific Epygi PBX’s specification guide to determine the maximum number of DCC watched extensions that can be enabled per system.
