Cisco Business Edition 3000

The Cisco MCS 7890-C1 Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 3000 Appliance is an easy-to-manage purpose built appliance that integrates the benefits of media processing (for voice calling and mobility) and digital circuit gateway functions on a single system. Consolidating these functions creates a cost-effective solution that is simple to set up, manage, and use, thereby lowering total cost of ownership (TCO) and providing a smooth migration from older, outdated telephony systems to IP communications. Designed for midmarket organizations with smaller IT staffs, the solution provides investment protection with the capacity to grow to up to 300 employees (400 endpoints) and 10 total sites (9 remote sites). The Cisco MCS 7890 comes preinstalled with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 3000 software, integrated dual T1/E1 public-switched-telephone-network (PSTN) interfaces, and an easy-to-use administration and provisioning interface.

Epygi QX1000

The QX1000 is the first of a new line of enterprise level IP PBXs. This solution offers a base capacity of 200 IP phone users and can scale to 1000 users with the purchase of software keys (SKU-QUADRO-0780-0000), (SKU-QUADRO-0780-0100) and (SKU-QUADRO-0780-0200), which expand the solution to support 16, 32 or 64 more IP Phone extensions. The QX1000 has additional GUI enhancements and a new quick initial installation feature to streamline the set-up and support of this large capacity IP PBX. Beyond the extensive standard feature list, Call Recording for up to 152 users and a XML API for application development are supported. An integrated 288 user Conference Bridge with video support for up to 104 users is also available with an additional license key. Additional feature keys include ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), Barge-in, Whisper, Silent Monitoring and redundancy options. Note: Now available free with every IP PBX is the HotCall feature. This plug-in gives Outlook® users to ability the click-to-call directly from Outlook® and handle incoming calls on their PC.

Epygi Quadro 2x2

The Quadro2x2 is ideal for retail environments, small remote offices or branch locations. The Quadro2x2 is an IP router, SIP gateway and IP PBX all in one box. The Quadro2x2 is equipped with two FXS ports for connection of standard analog POTS phones or fax machines. Sixteen additional SIP IP phones can be configured as local extensions. In addition, there are two FXO ports for connections to the PSTN. With a built-in QoS router, LAN and voice traffic can be routed to the Internet, eliminating the need for an additional IP router. The Epygi PBX incorporates a stateful inspection firewall, NAT, DHCP client and server, and web browser configuration. In addition, the Quadro2x2 has voicemail, T.38 fax support and IPSec VPN. With the purchase of a software key (SKU-QUADRO-0790-0100), the Quadro2x2 can expand to support eight (8) more IP phone extensions, bringing the total to 26 analog and IP extensions.

Epygi Quadro 2xi

The Quadro 2xi is an almost identical cousin to the 2x, but substitutes an ISDN high-speed, high-bandwidth connection for the regular phone port. An ISDN line offers a step up in WAN performance over DSL connections and the ISDN SO port accepts analog voice and other activity (fax, etc.). Note: ISDN is not widely supported in the USA. It is intended for all other countries with large networks of ISDN-based service providers.

Epygi Quadro 4L

The Quadro4L is equipped with four (4) FXO ports to connect to the PSTN and two (2) FXS ports for analog phones or fax machines. Additionally included is SIP trunking, so the Quadro4L can connect directly to an Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) at no additional cost. IP phones can also be registered directly with the IP PBX supporting up to 24 IP phones. These phones can either be manually connected or automatically configured by the Quadro4L. In key system mode, up to 12 IP phones can be used.

Epygi Quadro 4Li

The Quadro4Li is ideal for the small businesses which require Key System telephone or IP PBX features. It is an IP router, SIP gateway and IP PBX all in one box. The Quadro4Li can support 10 IP Phones and can expand to 18 total IP Phones while in PBX Mode. The four ISDN BRI lines can be used for connection to the PSTN or an Internet Service Provider for local termination and calling. It economically delivers a wealth of IP PBX features and Key System benefits. Voice mail, auto attendant, on-hold music or messaging, caller ID with distinctive ringing, call pickup, paging and intercom and many others are built-in. With a built-in QoS router, LAN and voice traffic can be routed to the Internet, eliminating the need for an additional IP router.

Epygi Quadro M12Li

The QuadroM12Li is one of our latest solutions for the small business to small enterprise customers. Offering eight (8) FXO CO lines or six (6) ISDN BRI interfaces and supporting 98 user extensions. The starting IP Phone capacity is 32 IP Phone ports expandable up to 96 IP Phone ports.
